Send-off ceremony for 5 students for study and internship in Japan, phase 1/2024

A ceremony was held at the first campus of LHU on January 19, 2024 to see off five students for study and internship in Japan.

The farewell ceremony took place successfully with the participation and presence of Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Lan - Vice Rector; Nguyen Thi Nhu Thuong, M.A - Vice Dean of Faculty of Oriental Studies; Tran Minh Thuy Duong, M.A – Head of Department of Japanese Studies; Nguyen Thi Hoang Oanh, M.A – Head of Office of International Affairs; Hoang Tien Dung, M.A - Deputy Head of Office of International Affairs; all lecturers of the Department of Japanese Studies; and the presence of 5 students who are about to study and join paid internships in Japan.

The event aims to mark students' milestone of starting their own study and internship abroad journey, meet their parents to exchange and discuss their children's learning situation and future orientations, concurrently provide information about the learning and living environment in Japan.

At the ceremony, Vice Rector Nguyen Thi Thu Lan made a speech to extend congratulations and best wishes to the five students.

In addition, lecturers of the Department of Japanese Studies shared with the students precious living experience as well as regulations and rules in Japan.
