LHU signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Da Nang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy on December 29, 2025, to promote cooperation in training, research, and educational quality assurance. The event marked a new stage in the collaborative relationship between the two universities.

The MoU focuses on sharing software for measuring learning outcomes, benchmarking data on training, research, and community service, with the goal of improving the quality of higher education. This concrete step demonstrates the commitment of both universities to jointly strengthen internal capacity, as well as to share knowledge and experience in the spirit of SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals.
Spreading the spirit of SDG 4 – Quality Education
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lam Thanh Hien, Rector of LHU, shared “We believe that there can be no sustainable development without companionship among educational institutions. Today’s signing is not merely an agreement, but a promise to jointly enhance educational quality for learners and for the community”.
The collaboration also opens new directions in health sciences – a strength of Da Nang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy – combined with LHU’s expertise in quality assurance and educational technology. Both sides expect to implement practical initiatives such as technology transfer in learning outcome measurement, development of an open benchmarking data system, and the organization of experience-sharing workshops, contributing to enhancing the position of Vietnamese higher education at both national and international levels.

The MoU between LHU and Da Nang University of Medical Technology and Pharmacy is not only a partnership between two universities, but also a testament to the trend of “linking for sustainable development” in higher education. When universities act together, education becomes a bridge connecting people with knowledge and the future.
