QNU also serves as a training destination for international students from Laos—specifically from the provinces of Attapeu, Champasak, Salavan, and Sekong—at the undergraduate, graduate, and Vietnamese language levels.

QNU possesses a robust academic and administrative workforce, serving as a key foundation for the university’s comprehensive innovation in higher education aligned with standards of modernization and international integration.
