The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Lac Hong University aims to develop managers and leaders with strategic thinking, effective management capabilities, and essential leadership skills. Established to enhance the quality of high-level human resources in the region and nationwide, the MBA program at Lac Hong University was officially authorized in 2014 and has since become an essential contributor to regional and national human resource development.

The MBA program at Lac Hong University provides comprehensive knowledge in strategic management, finance, marketing, human resource management, and project management. It equips students with practical and theoretical skills essential for leadership and management roles.

From 2019 to 2023, a total of 253 students enrolled in the MBA program, with 339 students successfully graduating in the same period. This reflects the stable growth and consistent quality of the program in meeting regional and national human resource needs.

Graduates from the MBA program are prepared to assume senior managerial roles in established enterprises or to initiate and develop their own businesses. Additionally, the program emphasizes ethical business practices and social responsibility, ensuring graduates achieve both professional success and contribute positively to society.
