Simulation Lab of Banking Operations

As part of its strategy to invest in facilities closely aligned with practical training, on February 21, 2023, LHU officially inaugurated the Simulation Lab of Banking Operations with the sponsorship and support of the Asia Commercial Bank, Dong Nai Branch (ACB Dong Nai).

The practice room is designed to simulate a miniature banking model, providing a realistic and professional learning environment for Finance – Banking students. More than just a space to apply theoretical knowledge, it serves as a launchpad for students to "step into their roles" right from the first semesters – a creative and practical approach to developing a high-quality workforce.

A standout feature of this model is that it extends career exploration opportunities to high school students, helping them better understand the field before making their future academic choices. This initiative is the result of a close collaboration between LHU and ACB, aiming to bridge education with actual recruitment needs in the industry.

With serious investment in both infrastructure and training models, the Finance – Banking Practice Room clearly reflects LHU’s educational philosophy of “learning by doing.” It contributes to improving training quality and equips students with a solid foundation before entering the job market.
